Delivery Policy
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within KL after the order has been accepted (either by deposit or full payment). Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, and product size.
Once we receive a confirmed order from our sales advisors, customers will be notified via WhatsApp on the next business day after the sales order is received. Our logistics department will then contact each customer by phone call to confirm the delivery date before the shipment is arranged.
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt of the product. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery and ensuring that it is in good condition.
Customers must provide a complete and valid shipping address, and someone must be available at the location to receive and acknowledge the package.
Please note that confirmed deliveries cannot be changed on the day of delivery. If a second delivery arrangement is required, additional delivery charges may apply.
Warranty Terms & Special Conditions
Defective products may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts, depending on the condition of the product. Any replacement or repair will not extend the original warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, incorrect voltage, natural disasters, or repairs carried out by unauthorized service providers.
Parts from demo units are not eligible for replacement with brand-new components.
Customers must present the Warranty Certificate or original invoice with complete customer details when requesting warranty service.
If the required documentation is not available or the warranty period has expired, a service charge will apply, excluding the cost of parts or accessories that may need replacement.
The warranty only covers broken or faulty parts. Parts that are functioning normally cannot be exchanged.
The warranty period begins from the date stated on the invoice.
